BECAUSE TECHNOLOGY MUST NOT TAKE AWAY OUR HUMANITY

No AI Declaration™

A declaration is a conscious choice. A signal that you choose the human.

No AI Declaration™ is a simple and free way to publicly state that, in a specific area of your work, you do not use artificial intelligence.

But before you gain the right to use the No AI Declaration™ mark, you need to understand what it truly means.

Many people don’t even realize they’re using AI.

That’s why anyone who wants to declare themselves No AI in a given field first receives a short informational guide:

– what artificial intelligence means in that specific category,
– how to recognize its presence,
– and what it means to follow the No AI principles honestly.

Only after reading and accepting these guidelines will you receive the right to use the No AI Declaration™ mark, with a unique identification number and a blockchain record.

Is the No AI Declaration monitored?

Declarations are based on trust — but they are not anonymous.

Each declaration is registered, and in case of serious concerns (such as reported misuse by others), a verification may be carried out.

In extreme cases, the right to use the No AI Declaration™ mark may be revoked, and the declaration invalidated.

This is not a formal audit. But it’s also not an empty gesture.

It’s a responsibility. Small — but real.

Why does this matter?

Because when technology enters every space, someone has to draw the line.

No AI Declaration™ is that line.

It says: “In this area, I act as a human — not as an extension of an algorithm.”

Declarations are available in 15 categories. Everyone can choose where they want to be No AI.

It could be your writing. Your craft. Your customer service. Your way of running a business.

You don’t have to do everything without AI.
But you can choose one thing — and be real in it.

What do the declarations and certificates cover?

Each of the categories below can be covered by either a certificate or a declaration, depending on the level of verification and the user's intent.

Blockchain verification – trust you can confirm

Is it just words?

No.

Each declaration is backed by a set of terms, instructional materials, and a formal statement — all of which can be questioned and reviewed if there is reason to suspect dishonesty or unintended use of AI in violation of the rules.

Each certificate is supported by a real verification and audit system that confirms the accuracy of submitted claims.

We don’t rely on blind trust. We rely on integrity — the kind that can be verified.

Every granted right to use the No AI Declaration or No AI Certification mark is assigned a unique number and recorded using blockchain technology, allowing anyone — at any time — to independently verify whether a declaration or certificate is genuine and officially issued.
