BECAUSE TECHNOLOGY MUST NOT TAKE AWAY OUR HUMANITY

Join the movement

A movement of people and organizations choosing to work without artificial intelligence

What is the No AI Movement?

We were founded on the belief that even in times of rapid technological advancement, the human being should remain at the center.

The No AI Movement™ is an original initiative building a broad social and market-based effort. Its goal is to promote an honest and responsible approach to artificial intelligence, while protecting space for human work, creativity, and interpersonal connection.

Within the movement, two systems operate:

No AI Certification™ and the open system No AI Declaration™, enabling companies and creators to clearly express their commitment to Human to Human values.

No AI Declaration™ and No AI Certification™ – transparency without algorithms**

We are not fighting AI as a technology. We are not against progress.
But we ask the questions that others often leave unspoken:
Where do we draw the line? When does convenience become a threat to our work, our relationships, our identity?

It all began with a simple belief:

Every person deserves trust, fair employment, and direct contact with another human being.

No bots. No deception.
No replacing everything with what’s just “cheaper” or “faster.”

The consequences of uncontrolled AI – real challenges

Why was this project created?

Because the world is changing. Every single day.

We see people worrying about their jobs, told that AI is “more efficient and cheaper.”

We see artists, writers, craftsmen, teachers, and advisors losing work because “the algorithm can do it too.”

We see so-called “creators” selling AI-generated work as if it were their own.
We see a flood of artificial content saturating the public space.

We see customers unknowingly speaking to machines instead of humans – without even realizing they’re being misled.

We see algorithms processing personal data and making decisions that should remain in human hands.

We see technology shifting from serving people to replacing them.

And we cannot agree to that.

AI-Free Declaration and Certification System

What does the No AI Movement do?

The main goal of the movement is to implement systemic solutions for transparency in the use of artificial intelligence.

The movement is built around two core tools:

No AI Declaration™
A free declaration that allows any creator, worker, company, or private individual to say:
“In this specific part of my work or activity, I do not use AI. This is made by me – a human.”
It’s a simple gesture with powerful meaning. A starting point for dialogue. A clear stance.

No AI Certification™
A paid, private certificate (with audit), confirming the authenticity of a declaration.
Created for companies, brands, and creators who want to build trust and show they prioritize people – not full automation.

And more…

Beyond its two main pillars – No AI Declaration™ and No AI Certification™ – the No AI Movement also engages in social and educational initiatives aimed at raising awareness, fostering dialogue, and influencing how artificial intelligence is introduced into public and economic life.

As part of this mission, No AI Movement carries out:

– Educational activities that highlight where AI may present risks and where it can offer real value – always with a focus on protecting human agency and interpersonal relationships.

– Promotion of human work and creativity, through public campaigns, publications, and recognition of individuals and organizations that consciously choose authenticity and human contact.

– Dialogue with institutions and companies implementing AI, based on the principles of responsibility, transparency, and ethical limits in technological transformation.

– Monitoring the impact of AI on society, including tracking trends, market practices, and social effects linked to automation and the replacement of people by algorithms.

Through these efforts, the No AI Movement becomes not only a declarative label but also an active social force – one that supports people in times of rapid technological change and defends the value of human presence where it truly matters.

Who is this for?

For everyone who values human work and wants to make it visible.

• For creators – artists, writers, designers – who work with their own hands and minds.

• For companies that continue to employ people, even when AI could easily take over.

• For customers who want to know they're being served by a real person.

• For consumers who seek out honest, human-centered brands.

• For activists and citizens who recognize the risks of automating everything.

• For teachers, educators, journalists, therapists – anyone whose work is rooted in human connection.

Zero AI?

Does anyone who wants to use the No AI Declaration™ and No AI Certification™ marks have to completely give up the use of artificial intelligence?

Absolutely not.
We believe that AI is a valuable tool – as long as it remains purely supportive and does not replace human decision-making, artistry, creativity, or experience.
Individuals and companies holding a declaration or certificate may still use AI in processes that:
• do not replace human work and creativity,
• do not mislead audiences about the authorship or the way a work/service was created.
Examples of permitted AI use:
• as a source of information and inspiration,
• for proofreading and error detection,
• for organizing and analyzing one’s own data,
• for automating purely technical tasks that do not affect creative value.

The declarations and certificates are divided into thematic and professional categories.
Each category has its own set of rules specifying permitted and prohibited practices for using AI as a supportive tool.

3.    Personal data processing
Confirms that customer data is not analyzed or processed by AI algorithms – for marketing, recommendation, or predictive purposes.

14.    Handcraft and physical production
Applies to artisans and small-scale producers – confirms that their products were made without the involvement of AI at any stage.

12.    Media and journalism

10.    Projects and design
Applies to fields such as architecture, fashion, design, and engineering. Confirms that the project was created by a human, without the involvement of AI.

8.    Hiring policy
Applies to companies that, despite available AI solutions, do not reduce staff – choosing to retain human employees in roles that could otherwise be automated.

6.    Devices and machinery
Applies to electronic devices, tools, and machines (including vehicles) that do not contain built-in artificial intelligence modules.

4.    Intangible services
Covers services such as legal opinions, translations, copywriting, reports, analyses, content creation, and similar. Confirms that they were completed without AI assistance.

9.    Employee evaluation
Confirms that performance reviews, promotions, and evaluations are carried out by humans, not by algorithms analyzing employee data.

7.    Employee management

Confirms that decisions related to tasks, instructions, and work organization are made exclusively by humans, without the support of AI systems.

5.    Software and applications
Applies to desktop and mobile applications that contain no AI-based features (such as prediction, content autogeneration, image recognition, etc.).

1.    Creators and artists
Covers musical works, literary texts, scripts, journalistic content, academic and thesis papers, graphics, paintings, animations, films, photography, and voiceovers. Confirms that the works were created entirely by a human, without the use of AI tools.

15 areas of AI-free work

What do the declarations and certificates cover?

Each of the categories below can be covered by either a certificate or a declaration, depending on the level of verification and the user's intent.

Blockchain verification – trust you can confirm

Is it just words?

No.

Each declaration is backed by a set of terms, guidance materials, and a formal statement, which can be challenged and reviewed if there is reason to suspect dishonesty or unintentional use of AI against the rules.

Each certificate is supported by a real verification and audit process that confirms the authenticity of submitted claims.

We don’t rely on blind trust. We rely on integrity that can be verified.

Each granted right to use the No AI Declaration or No AI Certification mark is assigned a unique number and recorded using blockchain technology. This allows anyone, at any time, to independently verify whether a given declaration or certificate is genuine and was officially issued.

Join the Human-to-Human movement

What can you do?

• You can contribute to the development of the project.

• You can declare your AI-free area of work.

• You can recognize and support brands and individuals who choose a different path.

• You can start the conversation in your company, your school, your community.

Because every human deserves a place in the world they helped create.

This is not a war against AI.
It's a reminder that technology should serve people – not the other way around.

The No AI Movement is not a rebellion.
It’s a signal that we, as humans, are still at the center.
